Rescheduling Policy

We really value time – both yours, and ours. Running an efficient practice allows us to provide service to more people, and gives us time to pursue research and educational roles in the field. Our cancellation policy supports and respects the time commitment of our clients and our physiotherapists, and is intended to make our expectations clear.

1. We prefer that you attend your appointment at the scheduled time. 2. If you cancel or re-book your appointment with more than 24 hours notice there is no charge to you. However, a few days’ notice would be great so that we can fill your spot. 3. If you cancel or re-book your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged $70 for an initial appointment and $55 for a follow-up appointment. This is around 50% of the consult fee and reflects the cost of an unfilled appointment. If we fill your spot, you will not be charged.
