What is Clinical Rehab?
Get you, back to you, during our 8-week Clinical Rehab Program. A physiotherapist will be with you every step of the way, guiding you through individual movement retraining, physiotherapy rehab exercises, Pilates-informed exercises and manual correction techniques.
Before you begin, you’ll have a consultation with a physiotherapist to set goals and work out how we’ll reach them.
As a one-on-one program with a physiotherapist, you can claim for a partial rebate with your Private Health Insurance ‘Physio Extras’.

Our group classes
Raise your energy as you move together in small classes of eight. Choose Reformer, Pregnancy Reformer or Mums and Bubs Reformer, all of our classes are run by physiotherapists who know women’s bodies. You’ll get support and guidance at each session.
From overall wellness to treating injury, we use a mix of physio exercises, mat work, reformer, therabands, balls, discs and more.We get you, because we are women, mothers and experts in women's health.
Classes for every women
Led by female physiotherapists, our Reformer, Pregnancy, and Mums and Bubs classes are specially designed for all ages and stages of life. Our classes help you move through adolescence, adulthood, pregnancy, motherhood, and beyond with confidence.
Move towards optimal health with total confidence, you’ll get a one-on-one assessment with a physiotherapist before you begin. Reformer students will learn movement retraining during Foundations classes because the more you get to know your body, the better your results.
Experience results you never thought possible as you master movement principles using mat work and reformer in energetic classes. You’ll get to know your body — and watch it change as you move from Foundations to Level One and Level Two.
